To place your order, you can either:

  • Call 012 – 305 1377 during business hours. Please have ready the code of the wine you wish to order and the associated quantity of each type. We will confirm availability and take your instructions for delivery.
  • Send an email, anytime, to sales@winesdirect.com.my, leaving your name and contact details in the form provided (it will pop up!) – We’ll call you back to take your order.
  • Use the “shopping cart” function on this website to select your wines and the quantities and once submitted, complete the remaining order details. Once we have received this we will contact you to confirm your order.
  • Orders can be paid for via bank transfer which we require to be made prior to delivery, or we are happy to collect personal or company cheques on delivery.
  • We will confirm your payment choice during our ordering process.
  • Once we have received and confirmed your order, delivery will be arranged based on your requirements.
  • We do however require at least 24 hours for processing of your order and instructing delivery within the Klang Valley.
  • Deliveries are made between 10 am to 7pm, Monday to Friday and Saturdays on request.
  • A delivery charge of RM10 applies to each delivery.
  • Yes, Wines Direct deliveries require a minimum order of 1 case of wine/12 bottles unless otherwise stated within the individual wine descriptions on our website (some of our 90+ points wine can be ordered in cases of 3 or 6).
  • We can mix and match wines and champagnes to order.
  • In the unlikely event that a wine be damaged in delivery we will gladly offer an immediate replacement. Our drivers will note any breakages at the point of delivery. Please call us immediately to inform us of any such occurrence.
  • If a wine is found to be ‘corked’ or faulty we will be happy to offer a replacement or credit against your next order. Please do try to keep the offending wine as we will collect it when we send the replacement.
