Description
A beautiful dark crimson Tide, washing aromas of rich cherry, plum and mulberry, with loads of herbal spice. Palate and nose opens after an hour decant, to beautiful anise, cassis and spice aromas, with subtle background notes of sweet cherry, chocolate and cardamon. Palate has chalky bitter chocolate tannin with acai berry and espresso. The finish is lined with espresso and lasts for ages. The 2011 ‘Margaret’ will be best enjoyed from 2016 to 2030.
