Description
An elegant and refined Shiraz, more medium-bodied than full-bodied in character. Mouthwatering blueberry and plumb flavours predominate on the palate with a mild earthy undertone, subtle cured meat flavours and a mild spicy bite. The tannins are fine and dusty and well integrated after a 3 hour decant, with the French oak barely perceptible. The balance impeccable.
