Description
A blend of 86% Chardonnay (from Padthaway GI) and 14% Viognier (from Riverina GI). The two varieties were crushed and co-fermented together so as to better integrate the two sets of flavours. A portion of the resulting wine was lightly oaked to enhance the blend’s texture, weight and richness. A very well-made, enjoyable white wine.
