Description
A fresh, dry Tuscan white, which drank well, chilled, on a warm summer evening in a nice little restaurant in Montepulciano. Grapefruit and light vegetal aromas gave way to flavours of crisp orchard fruit and grapefruit-zesty bitters, on a medium-bodied, medium-length palate with the refreshing acidity you crave after a long, hot day. The wine lacked a bit of character, but still paired well with lightly-grilled vegetables, bruschetta, seafood pastas and grilled fish, simply seasoned with herbs & olive oil.
